### Job Description

This role supports the Customer Operations Manager and Business Support Team by handling customer and dealer queries, monitoring workflow, and ensuring timely responses. It focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining strong relationships with a nationwide dealer network, and carrying out administrative tasks efficiently while working deadlines in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

### Key Responsibilities

Assist the Customer Operations Manager and Business Support Team. Monitor workflow and ensure timely turnaround on client and dealer queries. Address customer queries, written and telephone, in a professional and timely manner Build and maintain relationships with nationwide dealer networks and business managers. Develop strong working relationships with dealer network Customer service, supporting the dealer network and business managers.

Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. Resolve administrative problems.

### Core Competencies

The ability to work to deadlines Management, planning, and organisational skills. Work under pressure. Ability to work in a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite particularly Excel.
