## Job description

### Job Summary
- HIRING FOR 2 ND AND 3 RD SHIFT
- The Crane Operator is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving inventory to and from trailers, rail cars, barges, or the warehouse floor using overhead cranes or other material handling equipment, in accordance with work orders and supervisory direction.

Physical Requirements Stand or Sit(Stationary position), Walk(Move, Traverse), Use hand/fingers to handle or feel (Operate, Activate, Use, Prepare, Inspect, Place, Detect, Position), Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (Ascend/Descend, Work atop, Traverse), Stoop, kneel, crouch, or Crawl(Position self(to), Move), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information), See (Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess), Pushing or Pulling, Reaching, Repetitive Motion Function in the Job Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Job Function Document and report inventory location changes according to specified procedures. Assemble customer orders according to work orders and procedures. Document, tag & paint inventory received according to specified procedures. Record pertinent material information on to work orders or other forms as specified by local procedure. Special projects as specified by management. Performance of other Warehouse or Processing / Maintenance Department tasks as required by the absence of a department member or due to the existence of a backlog of work.

Adhere to all company safety policies & procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Perform daily pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition; report and communicate any defects, concerns or maintenance needs. Recognize and report potential hazards or unsafe conditions in the work area to supervision. Maintain professional communication with other operators, supervisors, & departments as necessary to complete assigned tas k s.

### Required Skills
