## Job description

### Job Summary

Clean and maintain office location by performing routine cleaning duties. Additional tasks may be assigned by management outside of daily expectations. This is a part-time position with evening-time requirements. Physical Requirements Walk(Move, Traverse), Stand or Sit(Stationary position), Use hand/fingers to handle or feel (Operate, Activate, Use, Prepare, Inspect, Place, Detect, Position), Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (Ascend/Descend, Work atop, Traverse), Stoop, kneel, crouch, or

Crawl(Position self(to), Move), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information), See (Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess), Pushing or Pulling, Reaching, Repetitive Motion Function in the Job Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Job Function Responsible for garbage removal from main areas and office spaces Vacuum designated areas Dust and deep clean office spaces as needed
- Clean windows and glass surfaces (interior and exterior facing) Mop floors as needed
- Use cleaning products properly (e.g., bleach, toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner)
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
- Lift and move items (e.g., toaster ovens, vacuums, desk chairs)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Work independently and ensure all assigned duties are completed

### Required Skills

High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures and company policies
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow schedules and complete assigned tasks
- Ability to take direction from a supervisor Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and within a team Demonstrates professionalism and reliability
- Ability to perform physical work and operate cleaning equipment Knowledge & Skills / Work Schedule Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays as needed Morning Shift 5 AM to 10 AM Must have strong communication skills EEO/Disabled/Veterans
