You will also have access to our Research and Development Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation.About the role Ensure the quality and compliance of products sold in China market by collaborating effectively with internal teams, manufacturing sites and external partners. Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) covering goods handling, transportation, distribution, embellishment, product release, and post-launch activities; lead initiatives in complaint handling, change control, deviation, CAPA governance and continuous improvement. Act as medical device quality management personal. Your responsibilities Lead Quality Assurance & Compliance for QMS and regulatory requirements across the product category in China. Collaborate with sourcing sites and markets to conduct Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) and implement effective CAPAs to mitigate quality risks. Implement Global Distribution Policy across all DCs in China. Implement Global Embellishment Policy in all China-based embellishment processes. Oversee quality in freight-in, distribution, and embellishment operations, including change control and compliance. Support Commercial Quality Manager to maintain and update the local quality management system (QMS) to ensure comply with Reckitt global requirement and related regulation. Assess and approve Distributors and Embellishers, including DC audit, risk assessment etc. Ensure quality systems are in place for distribution, embellishment, repack, and co-packing activities. Develop and deliver training on QMS processes and regulatory compliance. Ensure that metrics are regularly reported in-line with the company metrics & timelines. Change control, deviation, CAPA governance with effectiveness and time manner. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on local feedback, regulatory changes, or global quality requirements. Support product launches, including GFS review, readiness assessment, product release, and post-launch quality review. The experience we're looking for At least 3 years of quality experience working in a quality in a Healthcare, Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device related industries for MD/drug is desired. Knowledge of typical regulatory requirements relevant to regulated product. Quality experience on Manufacturing is preferred. ### Professional qualifications required Must have a college degree or above in medical device related majors (including medical device, biomedical engineering, mechanical, electronic, medical, biological engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, nursing, rehabilitation, laboratory science, computer, law, management or intermediate or above professional title.What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
