This role owns category performance, trade marketing strategy, new product launches, distributor management, and ethical channel development. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable growth, strengthening market share, and maximizing profitability.Key Responsibilities - Category Management & Business Performance Own category P&L performance, driving both revenue growth and profitability. Analyze market trends, Nielsen data, competitive activities, and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute channel-specific trade marketing strategies to accelerate category growth and strengthen market leadership. Monitor category performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve business targets. - Commercial Excellence & 4P Execution Partner with the Sales team to optimize execution of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion strategies across channels. Evaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements based on ROI analysis. Ensure efficient trade investment management and allocation of commercial resources. - New Product Launches & Project Leadership Lead end-to-end trade readiness for new product launches and innovation projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Sales to deliver successful launches. Develop and execute go-to-market plans, launch toolkits, and activation strategies. - Distributor & Supply Chain Management - Ethical Channel Development (where applicable to assigned categories) ### Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Key Account Management within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, OTC, or VMS industries. Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing P&L, trade investment, and promotional effectiveness. Proficient in analyzing Nielsen and market research data to generate actionable insights. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage external partners effectively. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Preferred Attributes Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline. Results-oriented with a growth mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
