We focus on developing our leaders to spearhead our culture and growth, so you'll be supported and mentored to deliver the right plans to drive business performance - and we'll celebrate the results with you along the way.About the role Reporting into Global Payroll Process Owner (GPO) in leading payroll governance, vendor performance, transformation programmes, and strategic initiatives across our global payroll landscape. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the centre of Payroll, HR, Finance, IT&D, Tax, and external provider networks, helping shape the future of payroll delivery globally.Your responsibilities - Lead and coordinate global payroll governance forums, including agenda management, executive reporting, presentations, minutes, action tracking, and stakeholder accountability. - Support the GPO in driving the global payroll strategy and transformation roadmap. - Act as a key partner across Payroll, HR, Finance, Tax, IT&D, and external vendors to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and delivery objectives. - Support to manage payroll vendor governance, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), global performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Review vendor KPIs, SLAs, controls, and service delivery metrics, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leadership. - Drive operational excellence and process standardisation across payroll hubs and regions.The experience we're looking for - 13+ years of payroll experience within a large multinational organisation or complex global payroll environment. - Strong understanding of payroll operations, governance, controls, compliance, vendor management, and payroll service delivery. - Proven experience leading or supporting payroll transformation, process improvement, or large-scale change programmes. - Experience partnering with IT&D teams on payroll system implementations, integrations, interfaces, testing, and technology enhancements. - Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across functions and geographies. - Experience managing outsourced payroll providers and holding vendors accountable to service commitments and performance standards.The skills for success Global Payroll, Payroll Transformation, Payroll Vendor Maangement, Payroll Process Improvement; Process management, Process Improvement, Process excellence,Execute plans, Strategic mindset, Digital literacy, HR Data Analysis; Data management; Employee data management, Operational Excellence, Commercial accumen, Solutioning.What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
