Responsibilities - Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex existing accounts to build key relationships at local and national levels. Coordinate the engagement of own organization with the client organization to ensure effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues. Manage key client and client relationships, often through account teams, to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. - Develop and propose annual business plans for a given area or department, ensuring alignment with strategy. Recommend financial and headcount budgets; propose business targets, for example, revenues or other key performance indicators (KPIs); and schedule key activities/projects, ensuring integration with other elements of the organization. - Develop internal marketing plans and work collaboratively with other departments to improve internal relationships in a large organization and to build strong external client relationships. - Communicate the function's strategy and its relationship to the organization's mission, vision, and values; clarify the actions needed to implement this strategy within the area of responsibility; motivate people to commit to the mission, vision, and values and do extraordinary things to achieve the organization's business goals. - Manage and report on performance within the department or area of responsibility; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold individuals accountable for achieving them; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives. ### Skills - Accurately identify and understand the key buying influences pertaining to an opportunity. - Propose a mutually agreed-upon agenda to start sales conversations that offer value to the client. - Express ideas, request actions, formulate plans, & policies by means of clear and effective verbal communications. - Connect with clients to strengthen the relationship, meeting personal needs through positive client experiences. ### Education Bachelor’s Work Experience General Experience – 10 to 15 years, Manager Experience - 10 to 15 years Certifications s10 - General Securities Sales Supervisor - General Module Examination - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), s66 - Uniform Combined State Law Examination - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), s7 - General Securities Representative Examination - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), s9 - General Securities Sales Supervisor - Options Module Examination - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Salary Range $57,783.96-$200,000.00 Travel Less than 25% Workstyle Resident The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
