## Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively across global finance teams. Results-oriented, flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial transactions. Builds strong cross-functional partnerships and communicates findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with strong follow-through and ownership of deliverables
- Oversee specific audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Fosters collaboration across departments and communicates effectively the findings and recommendations
- Lead initiatives for process improvements and focusing on enhancing accuracy, efficiency and simplifying the processes.

Strong time-management skills, ability to adhere to tight deadlines Team player and customer service oriented, can-do» attitude. Mentor and coach junior analysts. Resolves cross-functional issues diplomatically, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments, seeks managerial support as needed and escalates on timely basis Organized, detail oriented and disciplined in follow through and completion of tasks Education and Experience: 5+ Years of experience in a similar finance / accounting role preferably in a shared service environment Proficiency in Excel and fair understanding of general ledger applications (SAP experience a plus) Accounting, finance, business or economics education / qualification US GAAP, IFRS and European statutory financial statement experience a plus
