- Coach and lead team to provide exceptional performance Able to prioritize work load, meet tight deadlines and specified standards
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to manage and implement change
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, motivate and influence direct team and others Commitment to their own continuous development and supporting others Required language: English + local language Computer skills: MS Office
