## Qualifications

### EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Requirements

10-12 years’ experience in digital strategy, digital content ideally within a corporate or regional matrixed organization Experience in strategic planning within Ecommerce
- Demonstrated experience owning and managing complex, integrated content calendars across multiple regions and cross-functions, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
- Proven experience leading SEO/AEO project focusing on content optimization
- Proven success in leading regional or global digital/mobile projects, ideally in fashion brands
- Demonstrated ability to foster a test-and-learn culture and drive iterative improvements across digital content
- Proven capability in orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with strong project management discipline to balance competing priorities and adapt plans dynamically
- Excellent project management skills Profound knowledge of APAC market: e-commerce trends, consumer behaviors and each country’s regional nuances and localization needs Resilient and adaptable in stakeholder management, effectively navigating challenges and maintaining constructive relationships under pressure or during conflicting demands Highly collaborative with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Strong written and verbal English communication skill is a must, additional Mandarin /Cantonese / Japanese and/or Korean (both written and verbal) language proficiency is a strong plus Passionate about brand storytelling and delivering premium digital experiences at scale Strong leadership to influence internal cross-functional team and global stakeholders Should be able to travel within/outside of APAC Advance proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Additional tool/system knowledge is a strong plus e.g. SFCC, Figma, Airtable, Jira, Adobe Analytics, Monday.com
