## Job description

### POSITION OVERVIEW

The Designer, Wovens & Swim will assist in weekly functions/tasks or project-based work covering the Woven & Swim design department within calendar milestones. Partner with an extended team such as concept, design leads, PD, merchandising, fabric, technical design, graphic/prints, trim, and production to gather all information needed to create tech packs and follow-ups within the timeline.

## Qualifications

### EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelors Degree in Design preferred
- Experience in design outerwear preferred
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong sense of time management.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be a team player.
- Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM, Excel, AirTable, Lotta, and Apex
- Willing to learn new programs like Vibe and Midjourney
- Works with sense of urgency.
- Affinity and passion for the brand / category.
- Organized, thinking ahead, and positive #LI-CE1 Ralph Lauren will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, including any applicable fair chance laws.
