## Job description

### POSITION OVERVIEW

As Ralph’s Coffee Lead, APAC, you will serve as the regional brand leader, responsible for ensuring consistent brand execution, operational excellence, driving financial performance and successful new store openings across APAC. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can inspire teams, uphold global standards, and adapt to local market dynamics—all while delivering a premium guest experience that reflects the Ralph Lauren lifestyle.

## Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE 8+ years of experience in brand management, hospitality, or retail operations, ideally within premium or lifestyle brands. Proven success in leading multi-market operations and new store openings. Strong understanding of APAC consumer behavior and retail dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
