## Job description

### POSITION OVERVIEW

Join our Retail Business Planning team at Ralph Lauren as we drive our vision to lead in the luxury lifestyle space. As a Business Planning Analyst supporting our full-price Stores business, you'll be at the forefront of shaping data-driven decisions through daily sales and KPI reporting, analytics, and strategic insights. This role embodies The RL Way - "Love what you do, be passionate, work hard, work together" - as you help elevate our brand presence and drive business growth through comprehensive analytics and reporting that optimize sales, profit, and inventory productivity across our retail ecosystem.

## Qualifications

### EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and business intelligence tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technical systems quickly
- Proficient in retail math
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and accurate
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrates aptitude to develop and maintain effective cross-functional relationships
- Experience with retail analytics or allocation systems
- Knowledge of Visual Insights or similar BI platforms
- Understanding of luxury retail business metrics and KPIs Ralph Lauren will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, including any applicable fair chance laws.
