- Provide a welcoming and elevated experience Embody the Ralph Lauren values and spirit
- Demonstrate a customer-first culture Operations
- Use the Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the customer data-base
- Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards Store maintenance
