Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced). Strong understanding of how data is used within business processes and its impact. Fluency in English; an additional European language (French, German, or Italian) is a plus. Demonstrates a solid understanding of procurement as well as finance/accounting processes. Facilitation and conflict resolution skills to manage differing points of view and requirements across teams and functions. Ability to interact effectively with resources and business stakeholders to facilitate all aspects of an initiative. Strong communication skills with administrative staff, external organizations, and stakeholders at all levels. Highly motivated, supportive, and effective team player with strong team-building skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining flexibility, accuracy, and speed under tight deadlines. Deep retail and wholesale industry experience, awareness of business strategies and issues, and experience in manufacturing and sourcing are preferred. ### Experience Seasoned project manager with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Ability to organize workload and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Well respected among peers and leaders as someone who understands business needs and objectives. Ability to explain complex data in a clear and meaningful way. Very methodical and accurate, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality. Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and apply initiative and judgment in decision-making. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally and generate effective solutions.
