EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
- Proven track record in luxury talent acquisition - Apparel, Lifestyle Retailing organisations
- Proven track record in effective partnerships with stakeholders Substantial understanding of UK & EMEA recruitment practices and employment laws Consistent excellence in stakeholder management and communication Data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Proven strong team support and professional development / coaching business partners Extensive Experience with Workday and talent acquisition technologies Application Tracking Systems Expert level Advanced Excel / reporting skills & MS Office Suite Strategic thinking with excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills Core Competencies: Keep the Consumer at the Center Focus on what
