## Qualifications

### EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail fit‑out, renovation, decoration, or construction‑related projects Exposure to a retail design or store development environment, including store renovation, new store opening, or relocation projects, is preferred Good technical foundation with the ability to interpret drawings, layouts, and visual materials, and support creative and visualization requirements in a retail design environment Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop; ability to interpret drawings and visual materials is an advantage Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with MS Project is a plus Experience using shared project or documentation platforms (e.g.

### Smartsheet) is an advantage
- Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation discipline
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Able to work independently with guidance and collaboratively as part of a team Well‑motivated, proactive, positive, and open to learning Willingness to attend site visits and support on‑site activities when required
