## Qualifications

### EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Substantial experience in merchandising, planning, or allocation, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Significant experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a global or matrixed retail environment.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions using data, insights, and commercial reasoning.
- Strong understanding of Open To Buy, option planning, space-planning principles, and the end-to-end store-opening process.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across a variety of cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and communication skills — both verbal and written — with confidence presenting to wider business teams.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain strong levels of data accuracy.
