## Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Bachelor’s degree in Art, Fashion Design, Illustration, Graphic Design, Textile Design, or a related creative field preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, on Mac platform. Familiarity with additional creative tools, AI-assisted workflows, or digital design platforms is a plus.
- Hand drawing, painting, illustration, or traditional art skills preferred, with the ability to translate creative ideas into digital and presentation-ready formats.
- Strong visual sensibility with an interest in print, pattern, color, artwork, vintage, history, and brand storytelling.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines with accuracy and follow-through.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly share ideas, updates, and project needs.
- Collaborative team player who works well across departments and contributes to a respectful, productive, and creative team environment.
- Resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and remains engaged in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Ability to receive direction and feedback thoughtfully while continuing to build independent judgment and creative confidence.
- Passion for the Ralph Lauren brand, its heritage, and the role of print as a key expression of seasonal storytelling. #LI-CE1 Ralph Lauren will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, including any applicable fair chance laws.
