Market and organizational factors are also considered. Report data entry errors, processing mistakes, and Protected Health Information (PHI) breaches directly to management. ### Education - High School Diploma / GED (or higher). ### Experience - 2+ years of recent work experience in high-volume data entry (preferably in the medical field). ### Technical Skills Typing speed of at least 50+ WPM and the ability to use 10-Key. ### Performance - Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards. Consistently meets daily goals for speed, efficiency, and accuracy. ### Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changes, undergo cross-functional training, and complete other duties and tasks as required. ### Collaboration - Ability to work completely independently with strong work habits, while maintaining a collaborative presence within a larger team.
