## Job description

工作說明
- SMT／系統組裝／功能測試治具之設計、調試、維護與優化
- 量產線治具異常分析與改善，提升生產效率與良率
- 治具安裝、點檢、保養與文件（SOP、測試報告）維護
- 新產品導入（NPI）試產支援、功能測試、治具調試與優化、問題排除
- 與 RD、製造、品保及供應商進行跨部門溝通與協作 資格需求
- 理工相關科系（電子、機械、工業工程等）大專以上學歷
- 熟悉 SMT 製程流程，具電子元件與機械結構基本知識
- 熟練 AutoCAD／SolidWorks／Pro-E 等繪圖軟體
- 具治具設計或功能測試治具相關經驗者佳
- 可獨立作業，具良好溝通協調能力，細心且耐壓
- 具伺服器或系統廠功能測試治具經驗
- 具專案或團隊帶領經驗
- 具英語TOEIC 550以上，會泰語尤佳
