工作說明
- 產品新機種測試問題收集、分析、追蹤及改善.
- 測試產能規劃與安排
- 測試投料產出及WIP管理
- 測試異常機台處理.
- 生產線測試產能提升專案處理.
- 生產線測試自動化的導入.
- 測試人員管理. 資格需求
- 大學(含)以上工工、工管、資管、電子、電機理工相關科系畢業.
- 具有2年以上Server與Rack產線測試管理實務工作經驗
- 具備2(含)年以上系統測試管理相關工作經驗
- 具備良好數字運算能力
- 熟悉系統廠生產作業流程
- 具備良好的抗壓及溝通協調能力
