## Job description

工作說明 【主要工作職責】
- 依所負責之功能或專案，進行系統硬體設計、功能驗證、測試製具開發、系統及主板開發文件撰寫、問題解決。
- 跨單位合作解決產品各階段如試產、展示、量產之軟硬體問題以利產品量產及銷售。
- 現有技術之成本最佳化與功能模組化、新技術及零件之可行性分析與導入。 【主要工作項目】
- 一般伺服器, AI伺服器, 邊緣伺服器, 與5G伺服器系統硬體線路之規劃與設計。
- 伺服器之電路板設計Physical Layout之協同合作與佈線規劃檢查。
- 零件及PCB材料評估選用。
- 電路板量測及功能測試報告。
- 跨部門協調、廠商溝通以解決系統設計、測試工廠生產組裝、客戶反饋問題。 【Key Attractions】
- 可接觸全球頂級資料中心客戶並與其討論產品設計細節。
- 參與最新的雲端伺服器, AI 伺服器, 邊緣伺服器及5G伺服器之系統工程研發與設計
- 了解資料中心的雲端硬體架構、市場趨勢與最新技術。
- 可參與最大規模的伺服器產品研發工程, 由架構規劃, 佈線設計, 樣品測試, 至大量生產的完整流程
- 學習高可靠度穩定性要求的伺服器硬體和系統設計。 資格需求
- 具備電子學、電路學、數位邏輯相關專業知識。
- 熟悉Intel, AMD, ARM, NVIDIA CPU/GPU平台架構者佳。
- 熟悉硬體描述語言, CPLD/FPGA設計原理者佳。
- 具備探索並解決技術問題能力者佳。
- 碩士以上電機、電子相關科系畢
- 具備良好中英文溝通能力(多益550+)
