## Job description

工作說明 【主要工作職責】
- 依全球伺服器的客戶需求與產品特性，進行評估，選擇最佳化材料、模組、系統、解決方案等。
- 研究領先散熱技術、材料等與導入可行性評估，進行熱傳模擬實驗。
- 與供應商廠合作設計出符合產品需求的散熱模組應用。 【主要工作項目】

### 實驗相關量測，如
- 風洞流量及溫度量測。
- 專案產品開發初期模擬分析，提供專案散熱解決方案。
- 系統散熱方案之設計、開發，驗證以及供應商端散熱解決方案出貨之品質管控。
- 與一線客戶進行跨國討論，定期探討、評估、試驗新技術導入可能性。
- 與工廠端合作，討論與界定一系列具有量產指標的產品檢測流程，以提高出貨良率。 【Key Attractions】 1. 與全球CSP客戶合作，參與技術專業性、獨特性高的產品開發。 2. 具技術領先之新興產業，由資料中心、邊緣運算、HPC、各階AI伺服器，同步掌握先進散熱之熱傳技術開發與研究。 資格需求
- 過去上過或研究熱力、流體力、材料、機械設計等相關課程者佳。
- 具備使用繪圖軟體或模擬分析軟體者佳，如Ansys Fluent, ProE, Creo, SolidWorks等。
- 碩士以上機械、航太、能源相關科系畢
- TOEIC 600分以上
