## Job description

工作說明 【主要工作職責】
- 車用電腦產品結構設計與模具開發檢討、試產及量產導入
- 跨部門整合設計討論，處理產品開發各階段的需求，如試產、展示、量產之機構問題以利產品生產
- 相關供應商生產問題檢討與檢討開發可行性評估
- 供應商產品進度製定與追蹤(EX:水冷板、金屬外殼、塑膠零件)
- 模具DFM審查、量產 PPAP 文件審查 【主要工作內容】
- 熟悉水冷與氣冷的材料應用設計
- 車用機構相關零件的研究如 金屬/塑膠/加工製程/防水/絕緣防護等，並整合於系統架構的設計中
- 車用機構相關功能之可靠度與耐受度驗證
- 客戶及內部相關單位之間的溝通協調(如BOM和零件的承認)，以解決相關技術問題
- TA分析、2D、3D設計/審核
- 工程分析DOE報告提交/設計和審查
- 可配合短期出差至現場解決廠商及客戶問題,以及工廠的試產/量產投線支援 【Key Attractions】

- 鼓勵參加國內研討會及大型展覽，因專案有機會至國外與客戶討論相關技術問題；無私分享相關資源，重視團隊合作成果 資格需求 1. 碩士機械工程、熱傳相關科系畢 2. TOEIC 600+ 3 金屬(沖壓/壓鑄)與塑膠材料等相關課程者佳 4. 金屬與塑膠加工製造方法相關專題製作應用等經驗者佳 5. 熟悉電腦輔助設計軟體Pro-E/Creo或是Catia、NX等3D繪圖軟體及樣品製作經驗者佳 6. 有基本2D工程圖學及GD&T相關知識 7. 具材料分析與CAE相關專題研究經驗者佳 8. 具流體力學之水場相關專題研究經驗者佳 9. 具金屬加工應用相關專題研究經驗者佳
