## Job description

工作說明 【主要工作職責】
- 產品前期散熱設計評估
- 提供專案相關部門同仁熱仿真結果數據，作為散熱設計參考
- 執行試產樣品thermal validation驗證散熱規格
- 對照先前熱仿真結果，持續提高新產品模擬數據準確性
- 跨單位研發團隊合作開發設計、量測驗證、問題協調及解決 【主要工作內容】
- 協助團隊散熱方案設計, 包含風扇, 模組
- 協助團隊系統thermal 測試驗證
- 協助團隊系統風扇噪音測試驗證
- 協助團隊系統試產備料 資格需求
- 碩士機械工程、工業工程相關科系畢
- TOEIC 450+
- 機械基礎概念
- 熱流熱傳相關概念
- 良好的溝通能力
- 熟悉ProE
