工作說明

### 工程技術管理與規劃
- 生產流程規劃與設計，生產流程優化

### 產品/工藝技術支援
- 新產品導入，工藝評審，試產跟進

### 制定，審核工藝檔
- Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan, SOP
- 解決生產現場重大技術，工藝和品質問題
- 自動化設備/工裝夾具設計，安裝，調試，驗收，維護和改造
- 團隊建設和跨部門管理 資格需求
- 大學以上工程學科/工業工程相關科系畢
- 具工程相關管理工作5~10 年經驗

### 資格與認證
- 熟悉汽車產業核心工具，具備 APQP、PPAP、FMEA、Control Plan、SPC、MSA 等相關資質者優先錄取

### 軟體及工具
- 擅長使用 CAD、BOM、PLM、Pro-E、IQFMEA 等工具者優先

### 其他需求
- 具備帶領與管理團隊經驗，能夠合理分配協調工作及跨部門溝通，抗壓性強，有外派經驗及跨國管理經驗者優先
- TOEIC 650 以上，會德文者尤佳
