## Job description

工作說明 【主要工作職責】
- 針對雲端系統之高速數位訊號，進行可行性分析與評估解決方案
- PCB板端與系統端電路的 signal integrity 模擬分析
- PCB基板材料分析與PCB製程研究
- 撰寫layout guideline 與審核 layout quality
- 審核訊號量測結果與除錯
- 研究SI相關新技術 【主要工作項目】
- 伺服器產品訊號完整性模擬
- 撰寫PCB佈線規範並檢查PCB佈線是否符合規範
- 撰寫layout guideline 與審核 layout quality
- SI訊號模擬、PI電源模擬與除錯
- 訊號量測與除錯 【Key Attractions】
- 可接觸全球頂級資料中心客戶並與其討論產品設計細節。
- 參與最新的雲端伺服器, AI 伺服器, 邊緣伺服器及5G伺服器之系統工程研發與設計
- 了解資料中心的雲端硬體架構、市場趨勢與最新技術。
- 可參與最大規模的伺服器產品研發工程, 由架構規劃, 佈線設計, 樣品測試, 至大量生產的完整流程
- 學習高可靠度穩定性要求的伺服器硬體、訊號和系統設計。
- 參與產學合作專案，執行訊號與電源完整性相關研究
- 推廣SI/PI相關基礎知識與設計準則，定期舉辦部門內部教育訓練與研討會 資格需求
- 具電子電路學、電磁學、微波工程等相關專業知識，並積極學習新知
- 訊號與電源完整性基礎知識
- 具高速數位訊號設計經驗者佳
- 熟悉電性模擬軟體者佳，如 HFSS、SIWave、ADS等
- 碩士以上電機、電子、通訊相關科系畢
- TOEIC 600+
