## Job description

工作說明 【主要工作職責】
- 設計結構,讓結構能通過品質的測試,減少組裝問題,以提高經濟效益
- 優化ID工法,以減少外觀品質問題
- 開發產品並追蹤,分析各零件的生產,自動化,品管與維護.
- 跨單位合作解決產品各階段如試產,量產之機構模具,產品外觀品質問題.
- 新技術的價錢分析與工法的導入,讓產品保持新鮮感 【主要工作內容】
- 負責新零件料號、ROHS申請和承認
- 負責BOM表的建立和修改
- 模具討論與開發
- 試模備料與試產
- 信賴性測試與解決
- 試產階段產品的問題分析及解決方案
- 協助工廠提升量產良率 【Key Attractions】
- 產品的生成與成就感的展現
- 產品工法的涉略與運用
- 各部門協調能力的學習與實作 資格需求
- 熟pro-e Creo, And NX繪圖軟體
- 塑膠,鐵件相關製程與工法
- 公差分析
- 碩士以上機械相關科系畢
- TOEIC 500分以上
