## Job description

工作說明
- 根據生產需求或出貨目標，調配安排人力作業。
- 督導現場工作流程，落實執行各項倉儲作業。
- 積極與相關部門協調處理各項異常處理。
- 針對新進員工進行專項工作訓練，指導員工作業技巧。
- 根據作業需求，合理調配各項設備及人力資源，降低部門營運成本支出。
- 貫徹公司環安衛規章制度，執行安全管理要求，降低部門作業風險。 資格需求 A.

### 學歷背景

大學(含)以上學歷，工程相關科系尤佳。 B.

### 工作經驗

1年以上倉儲管理相關工作經驗。 C.

### 技能要求
- 具備堆高機操作執照尤佳。
- 具備倉儲管理觀念。
- 熟悉報表製作與辦公軟體操作。 D.

### 工作要求
- 抗壓力強、具問題分析能力。
- 具備團隊合作精神。
- 溝通協調能力強。
- 主動積極。 F.

### 英文

TOEIC 450分以上。
