## Job description

工作說明 【主要工作職責】
- 前瞻射頻與通訊技術可行性評估
- AI融合通訊技術之演算法研究與導入
- 量子微波控制關鍵技術調研與建構模型 【主要工作內容】
- 利用模擬軟體（HFSS或Python相關套件）搭建前瞻技術模型，執行演算法模擬與驗證，評估效能指標與可行性。
- 與相關設計單位協作，評估前瞻技術導入現行產品架構、潛在風險與模組化路徑。
- 前瞻技術評估專案之時程規劃，階段性交付模擬數據、研究報告及，並對內部團隊進行技術分享與知識轉移。 【Key Attractions】
- 本職缺聚焦於6G、衛星通訊及量子科技等前瞻領域，能參與次世代通訊關鍵技術的研究與開發，提早布局未來產業所需的
- 工作內容與國際一線學府及產業單位趨勢高度接軌，能持續掌握全球最新技術發展方向，拓展專業知識的深度與廣度。
- 能參與前沿技術研究與研討，深入剖析國際指標性企業及研究機構的技術布局與發展藍圖，培養宏觀產業視野、技術洞察力及趨勢分析能力。
- 有機會將研究成果實際導入產品開發與創新專案，累積從技術研究、模擬驗證到系統整合的完整經驗，快速建立具市場競爭力的研發能力與職涯發展基礎 資格需求
- 碩士電機/電子/通訊/電波所相關相關科系畢
- TOEIC 650+
- 具備電磁學、天線設計或無線通訊系統等相關修課或專題研究經驗
- 具備微波工程、射頻電路設計系統等相關修課或專題研究經驗
- 具備機器學習、深度學習演算法應用等研究或修課經驗
- 具備量子運算，量子物理等相關前瞻技術研究或修課經驗
