## Job description

工作說明 【主要工作職責】
- 產品前期散熱設計評估
- 提供專案相關部門同仁熱仿真結果數據，作為散熱設計參考
- 執行試產樣品thermal validation驗證散熱規格
- 對照先前熱仿真結果，持續提高新產品模擬數據準確性
- 跨單位研發團隊合作開發設計、量測驗證、問題協調及解決 【主要工作內容】
- 協助團隊散熱方案設計, 包含風扇, 模組
- 協助團隊系統thermal 測試驗證
- 協助團隊系統風扇噪音測試驗證
- 協助團隊系統試產備料
- 協助團隊系統性能優化 【Key Attractions】
- 參與 AI PC 散熱技術研發，技術含金量高 此職位直接投入 AI PC 的核心散熱技術開發，從前期熱設計、熱仿真，到實際 thermal validation 都能完整參與。能接觸到最新產品架構、散熱模組設計及模擬工具，是機械/熱流背景者累積專業深度與技術作品集的絕佳機會。
- 跨團隊合作完整產品開發流程，快速成長 工作內容橫跨設計、模擬、量測到問題協調，需與電機、系統、架構、模組等多部門密切合作。可快速理解整機產品如何從概念走到量產，對未來轉型為資深熱流設計工程師或跨領域系統工程師非常有幫助。
- 模擬到實測的雙軸實戰訓練，提升工程影響力 能直接負責熱仿真→設計調整→試產量測→數據優化的完整 loop，不僅能提升模擬準確度，也能看到自己設計對產品性能的實際影響。這對想強化工程判斷力與問題解決能力的研發替代役來說，是非常具實戰價值的舞台。 資格需求
- 碩士機械工程、航太工程相關科系畢
- TOEIC 550+
- 機械基礎概念
- 熱流熱傳相關概念
- 良好的溝通能力
- 熟悉ProE
