## Job description

工作說明
- 伺服器硬體設計主管 (DM, Design manager)。
- 負責客戶 RFP及硬體設計相關問題。
- 為專案硬體技術溝通窗口，依所負責之功能或專案，進行產品系統硬體設計、系統開發、問題解決及追蹤進度。
- 跨單位合作解決產品各階段如試產、量產之軟硬體問題以利產品量產及銷售。
- 現有技術之成本最佳化與功能模組化、新技術及零件之可行性分析、評估與導入。
- 可接觸全球頂級客戶與產品，了解資料中心的雲端硬體架構及市場趨勢。 資格需求 1. 大學以上電子/電機相關科系畢，熟悉x86系統。 2. 8年以上x86 研發設計經驗。 3. 須有獨立帶案能力，相關專案經驗至少2年以上。 4. 英文能力佳(多益650+)，需參加客戶英文會議。
