工作說明
- 產品前期散熱設計評估
- 提供專案相關部門同仁熱仿真結果數據，作為散熱設計參考
- 執行試產樣品thermal validation驗證散熱規格
- 對照先前熱仿真結果，持續提高新產品模擬數據準確性
- 跨單位研發團隊合作開發設計、量測驗證、問題協調及解決 【產品】AI解決方案、5G、雲端運算Server/Storage/Switch、NB/AIO、VR/AR、智慧家庭、智慧醫療、智慧製造、智慧交通、智慧穿戴、物聯網…等 資格需求
- 熟Pro/E
- 熟模擬軟體(6SIgmaET or FloTHERM)
- 跨部門溝通能力
- 具中等英文溝通能力
