## Job description

工作說明 【主要工作職責】
- 參與 AR 近眼顯示光學系統之設計、模擬、分析與最佳化。
- 進行 Waveguide、DOE、Projector Optics 等光學元件/系統之開發與評估。
- 使用 LightTools等相關光學模擬工具進行光學分析與設計。 【主要工作內容】
- 進行光學原型製作、光機組裝、Alignment 及實驗量測，驗證光學設計結果。
- 分析 FOV、Eyebox、MTF、亮度、均勻性、色彩及光學效率等關鍵性能指標，並提出改善方案。
- 協助建立光學量測方法、測試流程及研發相關技術文件與實驗數據分析。
- 與機構、電子、顯示、製程及製造團隊合作，解決 AR 光學系統整合問題。
- 協助供應商進行光學元件開發、規格確認及樣品驗證。 【Key Attractions】 🌟 前瞻技術｜站在AR 光學技術第一線 參與 AR / AI 智慧眼鏡、Near-Eye Display 等新世代產品，接觸 Waveguide、DOE、microDisplay 等前瞻光學技術。 🔬 完整研發流程｜從設計到產品 不只做光學模擬，完整參與「設計 → 模擬 → Prototype → 量測 → Debug → 最佳化」，將光學設計真正落地。 🛠️ Hands-on 實戰｜理論直接變成產品 親手進行光學實驗、系統組裝、Alignment 與性能驗證，累積真正的 AR 光學開發經驗。 🌎 跨領域合作｜培養系統級思維 與光學、機構、電子、顯示、演算法及製造團隊合作，從Optical Engineer成長為具備完整系統整合能力的研發人才。 🚀 技術成長｜打造專屬 AR Optical Expertise 從光學設計與模擬出發，逐步深入 AR Optical System、wWaveguide、DOE 及產品開發，累積具市場競爭力的專業能力。 🌐 國際合作｜與全球技術夥伴共同開發 參與國際供應商及技術夥伴合作，接觸全球AR光學產業最新技術與產品開發趨勢 資格需求
- 碩士光電/物理/電機相關科系畢
- TOEIC 550+
- 光學工程、物理電機或相關科系背景，
- 具備幾何光學、物理光學、成像光學等基礎知識。
- 對光學設計與分析工具有高度興趣，能進行光學模擬、驗證與問題分析。
- 對 AR/XR、智慧眼鏡、近眼顯示或新興光學技術具有高度興趣。
- 具備良好的團隊合作與溝通能力。
