## Job description

工作說明
- 工廠生產計畫與組織，確保按時,按質，按量完成生產訂單.
- 統籌生產排程，物料需求，產能規劃，跟進生產進度.
- 協調業務，採購，倉儲，技術等部門，保障生產順暢.

### 生產現場管理
- 規範生產流程，作業標準，監督生產紀律，5S和現場安全.

### 品質與成本控制
- 落實品質要求，提升良率. 提升生產效率，降低損耗. 資格需求
- 大學以上工程學科/工業工程/商管/工管相關科系畢.
- 具製造相關管理工作5~10 年經驗.
- 須能夠以英語獨立溝通，TOEIC成績達750分以上水準.

### 資格與認證
- 具備 IATF 16949、ISO 9001 VDA6.3六西格瑪，汽車行業規定等相關資質優先.

### 管理能力
- 具備成本管控，流程管理及品質管制及資料分析能力優先.

### 團隊經驗
- 能夠合理分配協調工作及跨部門溝通，抗壓能力強，有外派經驗，有跨國管理經驗優先.
- 會德文者尤佳.
