## Job description

### 跨領域研發流程整合
- 研究新產品 NPI 開發週期，橫向對接 EE、ME、SW、BIOS、EC、Driver、Thermal、RF、Safety 等專業領域 RD 與 PM 團隊，梳理各階段關鍵技術節點、審查規範（Checklist）與交付物標準。

### 研發管理系統與資料庫架構設計
- 基於現有架構，規劃並開發適用於多專案並行的研發進度與技術管理系統，建置標準化專案資料庫與資料流串接機制。

### AI 工具與 AI Agent 開發導入
- 1) 開發/串接 AI Agent 進行各研發階段交付物的自動審查、規格偏離自動比對與合規性檢查，降低人為疏漏。 2) 結合歷史專案資料庫，建立異常預警模型，針對交期延誤、設計變更（ECN）衝突及驗證風險進行自動通報。 4.

### 視覺化 Dashboard 與監控看板建置

設計直覺、易讀的 Web 端資料可視化儀表板，即時追蹤跨部門工作執行進度、專案里程碑完成率與高風險項目，協助各級主管精準決策。 資格需求 1. 資訊工程、資訊管理、軟體工程、電子電機或相關理工系所學士以上學位。3 年以上軟體開發、系統架構設計或 Technical Program Management (TPM) 相關工作經驗。 2.

### 具備後端技術（相容 MIS）
- 熟悉 C# / ASP.NET Core Web API 或 Python / Node.js（至少精通一種，若熟悉 C# 需具備快速上手 Python/API 串接的能力）。
- 具備 RESTful API 設計能力，能與既有公司內部系統（如 BMS, PLM）進行資料介接與整合。

### 資料庫與環境（迎合 MIS 規範）
- 熟悉 Microsoft SQL Server、T-SQL 語法，瞭解關聯式資料庫設計與效能優化。 熟悉 CI/CD、Azure DevOps 或 Git 版本控制。

### 前端視覺化（堅持使用者體驗）
- 熟練掌握現代前端框架（React 或 Vue），具備資料可視化儀表板（Dashboard / ECharts）開發經驗，而非僅會傳統 ASP.NET 表單。

### AI 與自動化
- 具備 LLM 應用開發經驗（如呼叫 Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API、LangChain、Semantic Kernel 等工具），能實作自動化文件比對、內容摘要或規則檢查。
