## Job description

工作說明 【主要工作職責】
- 依所負責之功能或專案，進行車用Traction Inverter的相關硬體設計及模擬、品質驗證、開發文件撰寫、問題分析與解決
- 跨單位合作解決產品各階段的需求，如試產、展示、量產之硬體問題以利產品生產
- 新技術之可行性分析與導入 & 現有電路技術之成本最佳化與設計模組化 【主要工作內容】
- 熟悉馬達驅動器的電路架構與相關的硬體電路設計模擬
- 電子零件研究，如驅動IC/MCU/ sensors/PMIC等，電路圖繪製與PCB Layout擺件規劃
- 電路量測、驗證與問題除錯並解決EMI/EMS 電磁相關問題
- 更新、維護與建立BOM表，料號申請

### 短期出差
- 至工廠處理有關試產的相關事宜，及根據客戶需求至國外(如:美國)與相關成員討論技術問題(包含信號量測) 【Key Attractions】

- 可接觸到歐美電動車車廠相關設計及驗證，學習最新的設計概念 (V-model 開發流程)

### 部門
- 內部同仁技術經驗分享論壇，累積知識深度與廣度，新手與老手無私分享，重視團隊合作成果

### 學習
- 鼓勵參加國內研討會及大型展覽，及有機會至國外與客戶討論相關技術問題 第一階段：著重於專業深度之培養，熟悉電動車高壓電路架構與動力模組測試等基礎能力之培養 第二階段：參與專案並負責相關硬體線路設計及驗證，具備獨立解決問題之能力 第三階段：可獨立負責專案中的硬體線路設計及驗證，具備硬體架構的規劃與溝通協調之能力 資格需求
- 碩士電子/電機/機械/資工/汽車電子相關科系畢
- 修習過電子學、電路學, 電磁學等相關課程者佳
- 具電子電路(包含電源)相關專題製作經驗者佳
- 熟悉電腦輔助電路設計軟體(例如: OrCAD/Pads/Altium…)，且完成線路設計及樣品製作經驗者佳
- 微控制器(MCU)的程式編譯與電周邊電路設計經驗者佳

### 系統工具
- PSIM or SIMPLIS, P-SIPCE, Layout tool(ex: Altium designer), Simulink, ANSYS Q3D, ANSYS Maxwell, Mathcad
- TOEIC 600+
