## Job description

工作說明 負責生成式 AI 技術落地、地端 AI 基礎建設與智慧應用開發，將 AI 技術轉化為可實際應用的企業工具。 * 地端 AI 推論基礎建設 建置與維運地端 LLM 推論服務，負責模型部署、效能優化與算力資源管理，兼顧資料安全與成本效益。
- Agentic AI 應用與技術研發 規劃並開發 Agentic AI 應用，整合 Agent、Tool、MCP、Harness 等技術，將 AI 導入實際工作流程。 * 企業知識智能化 建置 RAG / Knowledge Base，提升企業文件與內部知識的搜尋、理解與應用效率。
- AI 創新研發與技術評估 追蹤 LLM、Agent、多模態等技術發展，執行 PoC、技術驗證與應用規劃。
- AI Research Automation 建立 Deep Research 與自動化資訊蒐集流程，支援技術研究、產業分析與決策。 資格需求 * 熟悉 Python、Linux、Docker，具備 API 服務開發經驗。 * 熟悉 LLM 應用開發，理解 RAG、Agentic AI、Tool Use、Context Management 等技術。 * 具備 LLM 推論 / GPU 部署基礎知識或實作經驗。 * 擅長需求分析與跨團隊溝通，能將工作痛點轉化為 AI 解決方案。 * 具備快速學習與技術驗證能力，能持續掌握 AI 技術演進。 * 具備 ARM / GPU Computing / AI Server 相關經驗尤佳。 * 熟悉 Agent Framework、MCP、向量資料庫尤佳。 * 具備 LLM Fine-tuning / Quantization 經驗尤佳。 * 具備伺服器、網路或 AIoT 相關經驗尤佳。 * 具 AI 專題、GitHub、Side Project 或相關實作作品者尤佳。
