## Job description

工作說明
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IPC, and customer quality standards in an EMS environment.
- Conduct supplier audits, process inspections, and failure analysis to improve product quality.
- Work closely with U.S. customers to meet quality expectations and resolve issues.
- Implement Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Support optics-related manufacturing and quality control processes. 資格需求
- 2-6 years of experience in quality engineering (preferably in EMS or optics industries).
- Strong knowledge of PCBA, SMT, and final product testing processes.
- Experience with FAI, DOE, and root cause analysis (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English for effective communication with U.S. teams.
