## Job description

工作說明
- 確保每日生產達成產能目標。
- 管理與教育泰籍組長生產管理。
- 監督泰籍組長、指導作業員作業，維持作業品質及進度
- 確保產線生產做業符合5S、SOP、ESD等作業要求。
- 能與各單位就問題進行解決、協調以改善問題。
- 有SMT、組裝管理產線相關帶線管理經驗。
- 視工作需求，必要時需配合輪班。 資格需求
- 大學(含)以上工程或工業工程相關科系畢業(若有相關工作經驗為優先，科系其次)。
- 具電腦、電動汽車、AI、伺服器產業，工廠生產線管理、製造相關經驗10年以上。
- 熟悉電腦相關軟硬體應用(一般文書軟體、SF系統)。
- 具備項目管理、製程改善或是品質改善經驗及潔淨室相關工作經驗。
- 有良好管理及領導統御能力。
- 具備良好的抗壓及溝通協調能力。
- 熟悉系統廠的流程及運作方式
- 英文多益650分以上，會泰文更佳。
