## Job description

工作說明 客戶廠端對接與關係維護 1. 作為主要對外窗口，負責與客戶廠端（採購、物控/PMC、庫存管理人員）保持密切溝通。 2. 掌握客戶廠端的拉貨節奏、生產計畫與需求變動，建立長期穩定的合作信任關係。 訂單履約與達交管理（Fulfillment）
- 負責從 Receive PO（接單）、排程追蹤、出貨至最終 Delivery（交付）的全流程管理。
- 協調內部資源（廠端生產、資材、物流、品保等），解決達交過程中的異常問題（如欠料、插單、延遲出貨等）。
- 追蹤並確保達交率（OTD / On-Time Delivery），定期檢視履約績效。
- 需求預測與庫存協調（FCST & Inventory Management）
- 定期收集並分析客戶端 Rolling Forecast（滾動式需求預測），協助內部進行備料與產能規劃。
- 控管安全庫存（Buffer Stock）與呆滯料風險，確保供需平衡。 資格需求
- TOEIC score above 650
- 主動、積極、勇於嘗試及接受新事物
- 不侷限框架思考,勇於主動提供意見或想法
