## Job description

工作說明
- OEM / ODM 客戶RFI/RFQ 跟催 (報價, 議價, 簽訂合約), 提供完善的客製品需求服務，達成客戶需求
- 訂單管理( FCST, 交貨, 達成率, 物料追蹤等)
- 定期報告各客戶下單及業績狀況
- 提醒客戶應收帳款情形，定期檢視客戶現行付款期限是否合理
- 即時反應客戶抱怨及協助客戶解決產品、出貨流程、退貨重工等相關的問題，並提出解決之道，以提高客戶滿意度。跟催維修品以提供良好的售後服務
- 開發潛在客戶，拓展市場
- 充當客戶與各部門間的橋樑, 維繫穩定客戶關係。
- 負責產品報價及產品展示，並處理帳款回收相關事宜。 資格需求

### 專長要求
- 精通英文 ( TOEIC 750 分以上)，具備第二外語（如日語、德語、越南語、泰國語等）尤佳

### 產業經驗
- OEM/ODM電子相關產業5年以上資歷

### 其他要求
- 熟悉產品開發( EVT/DVT/PVT) 與專案管理流程及對應, 跨部門合作協調與對客戶, 廠商及工廠溝通, 產品簡報能力, 新客戶開發能力
