Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us. - Takes full ownership for ensuring continual safety, quality, and productivity improvement in responsible areas. - Collaborates effectively with Process Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Technical Advisors, and Shop Floor Technicians. - Leads identifying areas for improvements and optimizations based on the Operational Excellence Framework. - Applies the acquired knowledge in the workplace through Kaizens. - Checks product quality and takes necessary actions according to SOP and OCAP flow in production. - Follows plant and area rules in all EHS/safety processes and maintains 5S in the workplace. - Follows plant and area rules to complete necessary trainings and related qualifications. - Supports the operation team in training, consumables/tools management, and new material setups.
