Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us. Job Responsibilities 負責產線日常運作管理，確保生產活動符合安全、品質、交期及產能目標。 帶領並管理班組成員，安排工作分配、人力調度及生產進度執行。 依據生產計畫、設備狀況、物料供應及人力配置進行生產安排，確保工單需求如期完成。

即時監控生產狀況，針對製程、設備及品質異常進行初步分析、處置與升級回報。 與工程、設備、品質及相關支援單位協作，推動產線持續改善，提升生產效率與產品品質。 執行並督導標準作業程序（SOP）、5S管理及各項作業規範，確保作業一致性與現場紀律。 落實安全衛生及環境管理要求，建立並維持安全的工作環境。 協助新進人員訓練、技能培育及團隊發展，提升團隊整體績效與能力。 Job Qualifications 專科以上學歷，理工相關科系尤佳。 具5年以上半導體、電子製造或化工相關產業生產製造經驗。 具產線管理、班組帶領或領班經驗者優先考慮。 具備基本設備、製程異常分析及故障排除能力。 熟悉生產管理、品質管理及現場改善工具者佳。 具良好的溝通協調、團隊合作及人員管理能力。 能接受日夜班輪班制度（做二休二）。 具高度責任感、執行力及問題解決能力。 Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
