Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us. 【 JOB DESCRIPTION 】 Focus on new product and method development for metallization process through working with RD Chemists and RD Process Engineers as a team lead.

Ensure the highest safety and 5S+1 principle in place. Provide technical oversight of project work, improve data turnaround rate and secure highly-consistent data. Accountable for capital project planning and execution. Work with external partners to upgrade infrastructures and capabilities. 【 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS】 Bachelor degree and above in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field.

Minimum of 5 years of product development, process engineering and/ or production supervisor experience. Track record of facility management and project management. Good knowledge about PCB process & industry is a plus. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of overall Quality Management, SPC, Six Sigma, MSA, Gauge R&R.
