Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us. ### Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives across assigned customers and market segments. Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, PCB fabricators, EMS providers, and key ecosystem partners to drive long-term business growth. Identify and develop new business opportunities in AI Datacenter, HPC, Networking, Consumer Electronics, and Industrial applications. Establish strong multi-level customer relationships and position Qnity as a trusted strategic partner aligned with customers' long-term objectives. Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer roadmaps, competitive activities, and emerging technology trends to support business strategy and product development. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract discussions, and regular business reviews with customers. Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Service, Technology, Product Management, and Business Development to ensure superior customer support and execution. Drive opportunity identification, project pipeline development, and commercialization initiatives to accelerate sustainable business growth. Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely visibility into customer demand, business activities, risks, and opportunities to support operational planning and decision-making. ### Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline. 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within electronics materials, PCB/FPC, AI Datacenter, HPC, networking, or related technology industries. Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth and managing strategic customer relationships. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization and collaborate across functions and regions. Self-motivated, agile, and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced business environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
