Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us. ### Key Responsibility - Operations & Production Management Oversee daily production execution aligned with planning priorities. Ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to schedules. Maintain discipline on shop floor performance (output, quality, safety). Monitor and control operational budgets, ensuring spending efficiency and alignment with financial targets. - Strategic Planning & Capacity Management Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies. Own 5-year capacity planning. Lead Continuous Improvement Programs (CIPs) to meet business growth. - Problem Solving & Customer Engagement Act quickly with urgency mindset to resolve issues. Lead recovery actions for Safety incidents, Production disruptions, Quality issues. Support investigations for: Customer complaints, Quality escapes, Performance issues. Support customer audits and communication. - Operational Excellence through Continuous Improvement Drive Lean / Six Sigma based improvements. Translate innovations into high-volume manufacturing (HVM) processes. ### Improve Efficiency, Cost, Product quality. - People Leadership & Shop Floor Control Collaborate closely with: EHS, Quality & PQE, Logistics & Supply Chain, Maintenance & Engineering, R&D & Commercial teams. ### Manage and develop direct reports through Goal setting, Coaching, Performance feedback, Training.
