### Key Responsibilities

Support R&D and manufacturing teams in the design, development, and improvement of mechanical equipment, fixtures, tooling, and automated systems. Create, modify, and maintain 3D mechanical designs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into equipment and mechanical design solutions. Work directly with global suppliers and vendors to define specifications, review designs, resolve technical issues, and manage project execution.

Support equipment installation, qualification, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities. Analyze equipment and process issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Apply engineering standards, best practices, and design principles to improve equipment reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency. Participate in new technology development, process enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide technical support to manufacturing operations to maintain production performance and restore process capability when required.

### Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Experience in mechanical equipment design, manufacturing technology, automation, or related engineering fields. Proficient in 3D CAD design software; SolidWorks preferred. Experience with mechanical systems, machine design, fixtures, tooling, or automation equipment. Ability to interpret technical drawings and mechanical specifications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good English communication skills with the ability to work directly with overseas vendors and suppliers.
