This role involves working closely with the finance, policy solutions and underwriting teams to monitor and manage credit risk, as well as liaising with brokers to resolve any payment issues. ### Responsibilities Monitor and manage the credit control process to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts. Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and update customer accounts accordingly. Liaise with brokers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans if necessary. Review reports on credit control activities and outstanding debts. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to credit control. ### Work Experience Preferred Work Experience includes: Some relevant experience. ### Qualifications Necessary Qualifications include: Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. ### Global Disclaimer The duties listed in this job description do not limit the assignment of work. Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate basic office equipment including telephone, headset and computer.
